Magnitude 5.7 earthquake hits Peru

Seismologists have recorded tremors of magnitude 5.7 in Peru. It is reported by the US Geological Survey.

It is noted that the epicenter was 166.8 km southwest of the Peruvian city of Santa Ana.

The outbreak was located at a depth of 13.5 km.

Earlier, seismologists recorded an earthquake with a magnitude of 6.8 in the Vanuatu area.
