Vereshchuk assured that those who agree to evacuate will be provided with transportation, accommodation, food and medical services.

I'm not talking about the entire region, but some parts will need mandatory evacuation, and we are also preparing for it. Everything that people need to survive the winter, they will have and will have for free,” the minister said.

Evacuation payments

Vereshchuk noted that residents of the regions will receive benefits in case of evacuation. People will receive money as soon as the train arrives.

“If this is a mandatory evacuation – 2,200 hryvnias for each person immediately upon the arrival of a train or other vehicle used in the evacuation. And also – 2,000 hryvnias for each adult person, 3,000 hryvnias for each child or person with a disability”, – explained Vereshchuk.

According to Vereshchuk, there is no help for those who escaped the war will be disposable. After evacuation, people will be helped to issue an IDP certificate.
