Russian terrorists continue to do everything to destroy peaceful Ukrainian cities. Over the past day, they have used aerosol “tear” grenades.

This also confirms that a K-51 aerosol grenade was recently found on a Russian drone. Fortunately, this drone was destroyed.

The invaders used “tear” grenades

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, over the past 24 hours, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the Avdeevsky and Maryinsky directions. However, the invaders used non-lethal aerosol “tear” grenades in areas of populated areas:

• Novokalinovo,
• swallowkino,
• May Day,
• Marinka.

So the enemy shelled more than 10 settlements. Among them are Novokalinovo, Krasnogorovka, Stepnoye, Avdeevka, Thin, Northern, Pervomayskoye, Nevelskoye, Maryinka and Novomikhailovka of the Donetsk region.

In addition, in 3 days the border guards neutralized 8 enemy drones. One of the downed drones by the fighters of the Luhansk border detachment had a drop system with a K-51 aerosol “tear” grenade. These munitions spray a substance that affects the respiratory tract.

K-51 is a non-lethal Soviet hand-held aerosol “tear” grenade. Its body is filled with a powdery highly irritating substance. Since 1925, the use of such grenades has been prohibited by the Geneva Convention and the Chemical Weapons Convention.

The Russians attacked Ukraine with drones: what is known

• On the night of March 28, at about 00:30, servicemen of the Severshchyna Defense Forces eliminated a drone near one of the settlements of the Chernihiv region.
• In Kyiv, air defense destroyed all targets, and debris fell in the Svyatoshinsky district of the capital. There was a fire that engulfed 200 square meters.
• In the airspace of the capital, 12 Iranian Shahid kamikaze drones were discovered and destroyed.
• In total, the invaders used 13 Shahid kamikaze drones for the attack. In addition, one Granat-4 reconnaissance UAV was used. Air defense forces managed to eliminate 13 air targets.
• One “Shahid” hit a private enterprise in the Dnieper – there was a big fire there. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
