Over the past day, on May 18, the Armed Forces of Ukraine managed to neutralize a significant number of infidels and their technology. In total, they eliminated 20 Russians, and wounded 41 more . Among the equipment, the invaders had the following losses: 3 units of armored combat vehicles, 2 cars and 1 drone.
Mayor of Energodar Dmitry Orlov spoke about the situation in the city. Russian infidels have practically no achievements in the city: Zaporozhye NPP is still working in the Ukrainian segment of the energy sector, workers receive money in hryvnias. Accordingly, the hryvnia also “walks” in the city. During the occupation, the invaders were able to achieve several “significant achievements”:
- We sent cucumbers with radishes to the Crimea.
- The monuments and the stele were repainted.
- The “ribs” were whitewashed “.
- Pharmacies were closed en masse. This was specially done for the “hucksters”: they sell medicines at a price that is 3-4 times more expensive than the standard price.
- The city has partially returned to the 90s: trade comes from car trunks and land.
- The occupiers have “squeezed” many cars and local businesses.
The worst thing is that Russian invaders intimidate local residents and sometimes kidnap them. Now about 50 people are known to be kept in their basements.
In Melitopol, Ukrainian partisans recently blew up the track in front of the Russian armored train, which ran and guarded the railway lines from Crimea to Melitopol. The train itself could not be blown up, but the track was destroyed. Also, according to some reports, there was a small arms battle and Ukrainian partisans managed to destroy two high-ranking Russian officers.
“This shows another very important thing. The partisan movement is in full swing there, where it is believed that it cannot exist. So it is quite successful,” said Aleksey Arestovich, adviser to the head of the President's Office.
