Local media in Bolivia report that local residents in the Monteagudo area of Santa Cruz described encountering an alien they said was walking the streets.

Citizens said it was an unknown creature with three fingers. Despite its large eyes, it was blind. The creature looked like the legendary “Chupacabra”, which is used to frighten local children.

Eyewitnesses report that before his appearance, there was a crash in the sky, three luminous objects and a halo of light. People say that the creature roamed the streets and then disappeared.
