The other day, a message appeared in the information field about the presence of Russian oligarch Yevgeny Prigozhin in the occupied territories of the Donetsk region. Read more in the exclusive blog for Channel 24 website.
A photo of Prigozhin was published on the VKontakte network by United Russia deputy Vitaly Milonov. Prigozhin commented on this photo as follows: “I was walking along Nevsky Prospekt. I see Milonov is walking. I went up to him and said hello. That's the whole story. There is nothing to tell. Why is everything gouging around? So this is our city – Petersburg.”
“Putin's Chef”
It should be noted that Prigozhin is unofficially called “Putin's Chef” due to the fact that companies controlled by him provided catering services in the Kremlin. In addition, Prigozhin is directly related to the activities of the Wagner PMC and is a person close to the Russian special services.
According to local sources of the analytical department of the Right Cause GI, the location of the shooting of Prigozhin with Milonov is the territory of the occupied regions of the Lugansk region, and not the Donetsk region, as Milonov reported. In particular, the occupied city of Pervomaisk, st. Vorovsky.
It is worth noting that the territory of the former vocational school No. 39 is located near the place where Prigozhin was filmed, which has now been turned into a logistics base for the PMC “Wagner” and the Russian occupation troops.
Attack on the enemy
As previously reported, the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out a precision strike on the places of concentration of heavy armored vehicles and personnel of the PMC “Wagner” in the occupied Pervomaisk. As a result of the fire strike on the areas of accumulation of enemy manpower, several pieces of equipment of the PMC “Wagner” and up to 50 personnel were destroyed. The occupying authorities were forced to admit the fact of the destruction of vehicles and personnel of the invaders.
The coordinates of the logistic base of the invaders and the places of accumulation of heavy armored vehicles were provided by the Ukrainian Armed Forces by the analytical department of the Right Cause.
It is noteworthy that this is far from the first visit of Russian intelligence officers to the occupied Pervomaisk. Recall that in April 2019, the analytical department of the GI “Pravoe Delo” reported that the Russian special services were investigating the circumstances of the explosion of a truck with ammunition on the territory of the Pervomaisky Industrial Pedagogical College (former vocational school No. 31) at the address: st. Potemkina, 39. Then the members of the commission of inquiry worked out several versions, including careless handling of fire and an act of sabotage.
In addition, on October 29, 2016, the analytical department of the GI “Pravoe Delo” published information that in the occupied city of Pervomaisk, on the same territory, there was an explosion of warehouses from BC. The R-330 Zhitel complex was placed there, designed to detect, find direction and jamming mobile satellite communication stations. According to local sources, the R-330 Zhitel complex was destroyed as a result of the explosion of militant warehouses with ammunition.

I draw your attention to the fact that thanks to the visit of a representative delegation of the occupying country to the occupied Pervomaisk, it was possible to identify the bases of the Wagner PMC participants directly involved in the battles near the city of Popasnaya. The coordinates were handed over to the Ukrainian special services. The Armed Forces of Ukraine launched a fire strike on the identified targets. Currently, losses in manpower and equipment of the occupying forces are being established.
Recently, Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said that about 1,000 people associated with the Wagner group are in the occupied territories of Lugansk and Donetsk regions.
We think that the Wagner group has now sent about 1,000 people to the Donbass region, Kirby said.
As for Prigozhin himself, then on February 16, 2018, the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C. issued a warrant for his arrest after he was charged with conspiracy to commit fraud against the United States earlier that day. In October 2020, the European Union imposed sanctions on “Putin's chef” Prigozhin. In February 2021, the FBI put him on the wanted list.
