Prigozhin was afraid of the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Bakhmut and wrote a letter to Shoigu asking for help

The founder of PMC “Wagner” Yevgeny Prigozhin, despite the conflict with the Ministry of Defense, decided to send a letter to Sergei Shoigu asking for help. “Putin's Cook” is pretty afraid of the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The corresponding letter was published by the press service of Yevgeny Prigozhin, Channel 24 reports. It is interesting that in it the founder of “Wagner” declared alleged control over 70% of the city of Bakhmut.

Prigozhin asks Shoigu for help

Prigozhin claims that his mercenaries continue their offensive to occupy the city of Bakhmut, however, according to him, Ukrainian troops are preparing offensive operations for the end of March and the beginning of April. The head of the Wagnerites says that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are planning to launch flank strikes to cut off his mercenaries from regular Russian troops.

Therefore, Prigozhin asks Shoigu to take all necessary measures in order to avoid cutting off the Wagnerites from Russian soldiers, because this will have negative consequences for the so-called “special operation.”

In addition, “Putin's cook” added “enemy plans” and proposals for action in a closed application.

Prigozhin will not succeed in capturing Bakhmut

The fortified city of Bakhmut in the Donetsk region is holding the line thanks to the colossal efforts of Ukrainian soldiers. Prigozhin abandons his mercenaries by the hundreds like cannon fodder, and others come to replace the liquidated ones. Despite the fact that Prigozhin does not succeed in capturing this city, which has become ideologically important for him against the background of the conflict with Shoigu and the head of the General Staff Gerasimov. “Putin's Chef” wanted to prove its effectiveness, but it does not work.

On the eve of the media reported that Putin's cordon asked to “tame” Prigozhin, so he was forbidden to recruit new prisoners. In addition, the Ministry of Defense significantly cut the supply of weapons, which is why the mercenaries complained about the shortage of shells. This leads to the idea that Shoigu is absolutely not averse to Prigozhin's mercenaries being defeated in Bakhmut, but then the mobilized will be thrown into the assaults.

In addition, the American Institute for the Study of War suggested that Ukrainian troops launched a counterattack in the southwest of Bakhmut, which allowed them to somewhat reject the enemy. At the same time, the invaders themselves are no longer sure that they can keep the initiative.

Note! The fortified city of Bakhmut keeps the defense thanks to our soldiers, but they need our support every day. Now our Charitable Foundation is collecting 3 DJI Mavic 3 drones for warriors from the Witcher division. The goal is 200,000 hryvnia.
