The husband of Kate Middleton, Duke of Cambridge William, was suspected of buying jewelry for almost a million rubles. Reported by the Daily Mail.
38-year-old Middleton took part in a photo shoot with her husband, Prince William, in honor of their tenth wedding anniversary. In the frames, she is captured with loose wavy hair in a blue dress with a floral print from the Ghost High Street brand.
Her image was complemented by a precious ring and a diamond pendant in the shape of an “English daisy” brand Asprey. It is known that the cost of jewelry made of 18-carat white gold is 8,840 pounds sterling (921 thousand rubles). The necklace is believed to be a gift from Prince William, timed to coincide with the anniversary.
According to the publication, last year the Duchess of Cambridge was seen wearing the same earrings during a tour of Ireland.
Earlier in April, Kate Middleton was spotted wearing 44-year-old Elizabeth II earrings. The Duchess appeared in public with her husband in a coat of the Dolce & Gabbana fashion house with gold buttons and complemented her image with silver earrings, which are decorated with pearls and diamonds. It is known that the aforementioned piece of jewelry is owned by the grandmother of Prince William, Queen Elizabeth II. The reigning monarch first wore earrings in 1977 to celebrate his own 50th birthday.
