On the night of July 10, the PrivatBank mobile application will temporarily stop working. Maintenance work will be carried out there.

Regular work will continue throughout the night – from 0:00 to 5:00. It is during this time that there will be problems in using the application.

Most of the services will not work

Privatbank reports that due to most of the services of the Privat24 application will be unavailable during the night for 5 hours. “. Most services will be temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience, Privatbank said.

Routine maintenance is carried out periodically

Before the full-scale Russian invasion, the websites of state institutions, banks, law enforcement agencies and even the media periodically became victims of hacker attacks. The first biggest attack on PrivatBank services was a Ddos attack on February 15 – 9 days before the full-scale invasion.

During the war, bank customers repeatedly reported certain difficulties in using the application. One of these reasons was hacker attacks. Therefore, the bank has been periodically carrying out maintenance work since March, which allows improving the operation of services and stabilizing it. Such work is usually carried out at night, when the application is used the least.
