Putin is looking for the culprit

The political strategist believes that the Russian dictator is looking for someone to pin the blame on him for losing the war and has chosen the Ministry of Defense for this. He himself, of course, knows who is really to blame, but he is trying to show everyone that “it's not me, I have nothing to do with it, it was the Ministry of Defense who lost the war, not me.” He is talking about it, Peskov is talking about it, and Kadyrov is already talking about it.

This is not the first time the head of Chechnya has made such stuffing. In his first statement on the results of the successful offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region, he said: “I will go to the Ministry of Defense, I will figure it out.” After that, he began to call for “self-mobilization.” Like, the Ministry of Defense is not coping, so we ourselves must mobilize.

This is Putin's plan. If he starts announcing mobilization, it turns out that he lost the war and failed. And so – everyone seems to be on their own, on the initiative from below, they began to “self-mobilize”, – Sheitelman summed up.

Everyone refuses to fight

Mobilization is official, hidden or with the prefix “self” – Russia needs to continue the war. After all, those who have already been recruited or illegally mobilized to participate in it refuse to continue and run away from their positions. So, after leaving the battlefield, about 3.5 thousand forcibly mobilized in the temporarily occupied territories of Donbass returned home.

Military from Russia often terminate contracts and simply refuse to go to Ukraine. That is why criminals serving sentences in prisons are actively recruited to participate in the war.
