The approved law amends the previously adopted law “On the Basic Principles for the Compulsory Seizure in Ukraine of Objects of Property Rights of the Russian Federation and Its Residents” and actually expands its scope also to:
- individuals – citizens of Russia;< /li>
- persons who have a close relationship with the aggressor;
- legal entities (as well as branches and representative offices) operating in Ukraine, but whose beneficiary is Russia.

The law notes that all nationalized property will be transferred to the account of future reparations in favor of Ukraine.< /p>
Currently, Ukraine is seeking the transfer of the property of Russians arrested or blocked abroad for the needs of Ukrainians who suffered because of the Russian attack. Denis Malysh is dealing with the issue.
