Rehabilitation of the military: a unique program is being implemented in the Dnipropetrovsk region
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, a program is being introduced for the rehabilitation of Ukrainian defenders and veterans and their adaptation to civilian life.
The initiator of the program in the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Council was Ruslan Krasnov, head of the Social Force faction in the Regional Council. His idea was supported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA Serhiy Lysak, and now the idea has begun to be put into practice at the official level.
A working group has been set up under the OVA, which is developing a set of measures that will make it possible to provide military personnel with comprehensive professional assistance – medical, psychological, mental, etc. Five medical institutions have been identified in Dnipro, Pavlograd, Novomoskovsk and Kamensky, on the basis of which rehabilitation centers will appear. Specific measures and sources of funding have been identified.

The initiator of the program, Ruslan Krasnov, knows better than anyone the problems our defenders face, since he himself is a serviceman who defends Ukraine.
“I personally know the problems of the military from the inside, and I can say that everyone has different difficulties and psychological state. They need comprehensive rehabilitation and assistance with adaptation in civilian life. The military is the basis and future of a strong Ukraine, and we have developed an effective mechanism for solving them pressing problems,” Krasnov said.
