Riga handed over 11 passenger buses and 80 tons of humanitarian aid to Kyiv – Klitschko

< strong _ngcontent-sc84="">11 passenger buses loaded with humanitarian aid from Latvia are heading to Kyiv. This is a gift for the Ukrainian capital from Riga.
This was announced by the mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko.
11 passenger buses that were handed over to Kyiv authorities Riga, have already crossed the border and are heading through Ukraine to the capital. Buses are loaded with almost 80 tons of humanitarian aid, Klitschko said.
The Mayor of Kyiv thanked the Latvian partners for their support.
“Thank you to our Latvian friends and we are getting ready to welcome such important help from partners in Kyiv” , he stressed.
It was previously reported that the German partners, at the request of Klitschko, handed over 12 reanimobiles and 8 fire and rescue vehicles to Kyiv.
