President Joe Biden announced the transfer of air defense systems to Ukraine! These may be the first modern medium-range anti-missile air defense systems that Ukraine will receive in this war.

Cover up Kyiv, Kharkov, Odessa and the Dnieper

The missile system platoon consists of three launchers of 6 missiles each, which can be placed up to 25 km from the radar. Thus, one platoon can completely cover such large cities as Kyiv, Kharkov, Odessa, Dnipro from Russian missiles.

Bonus

A nice bonus – it fires inexpensive and very common AIM- missiles 120 #AMRAAM, which were originally developed for the Air Force as air-to-air missiles. So there should be no problems with ammunition.
