Russia certainly not moving forward, – adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

Rostislav Smirnov on the offensive of the Russians/Collage of Channel 24

The Russian offensive has stopped, because the Ukrainian defenders are repelling the enemy and even counterattacking in some areas. The Ministry of Internal Affairs assured that the occupiers are certainly not moving forward.

The adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Rostislav Smirnov, told Channel 24.

According to him, Putin's rhetoric has changed, he tells the Russians that Russia is at war with NATO. “By this he wants to explain why they don't have victories. They want to show that a stronger enemy is fighting against them,” Smirnov says.

In his opinion, if APU will inflict critical blows on the enemy's army, then the infidels will simply leave Ukraine. Of course, the Kremlin will tell its people that they did everything and carried out the denazification of Ukraine.

The adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs assured that Ukraine wins strategically. “After all, this is not only a human resource, but also a financial resource and ensuring the war. What Russia does not have now, it is isolated, they will no longer cooperate with them,” he added.

Strategically, we won. They (occupiers – Channel 24) are certainly not moving forward, but only we are moving forward and counterattacking them. And every day it will be more and more, – said Smirnov.

He says that the infidels are well aware of what our Armed Forces are doing, so their motivation is constantly decreasing.

“I am convinced that time is on our side, but there will be many more tests,” – summed up the adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
