“At the same time, up to forty people – wounded, sick, affected – of both surgical and therapeutic pathology, as well as with the possibility of re-profiling on completely infectious rails, are ready to place on their funds,” said the head of the medical unit Yaroslav Ivanov.
Russian peacekeepers are in Karabakh in accordance with an agreement between the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia. In early November, the parties agreed to a ceasefire in the region.
