Russians will not be able to enter Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland for the purpose of tourism, sports or attending cultural events. The corresponding decision comes into force on September 19.

Now Russian citizens with a valid short-term Schengen visa will not be able to get to the territory of the European Union through the above countries. The decision is valid regardless of the final destination or the Schengen country where the visa was issued.
It is also important to note that these countries will no longer issue short-stay tourist visas to Russians. Citizens of the aggressor country will not get into Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland even from the territory of the European Union.
