In the Cherkasy region, the Security Service of Ukraine intercepted a truck carrying a “special order” from the Donetsk region to Russia. It contained components for military equipment.
This was reported by the press service of the SBU in the Cherkasy region. According to department officials, the occupiers wanted to hide the cargo, so they sent it indirectly.
Cargo worth more than $100,000
The SBU noted that the cargo in the form of components for equipment was intended for the production of Russian military equipment. In particular, there were parts for the needs of the aircraft building, shipbuilding and other industries.
“During the inspection of the cargo, they found spare parts worth almost 100 thousand US dollars. Now everything has been nationalized and installed at one of the enterprises of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine to work for the defense of our state,” the press service noted.
