Single circuit. 926 thousand workplaces are connected to medical information systems
A single digital circuit is being introduced in hospitals and clinics of the country. Thanks to the national project “Healthcare!” computer equipment is being updated in health care institutions, and opportunities for telemedicine consultations are being developed.
In 2020, 926 thousand automated workplaces of medical workers are connected to medical information systems in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
In addition, in 2020, 82.4% of medical organizations of the state and municipal health systems used medical information systems and provided information interaction with the Unified State Information System in the field of health care.
Thanks to the national project “Healthcare”, medical institutions will be able to exchange patient data freely, but in compliance with the safety of personal data: the share of medical organizations operating in digital form in the regions will reach 100% by 2024, compared with 68.7% in 2020.
In Crimea, 64 medical organizations are connected to a unified information system.
The system includes more than 60 modules and subsystems that automate the activities of medical institutions at all stages of medical care.
More than 2.5 million electronic medical records of patients have been created in EMIS RK, which allows medical organizations to exchange the necessary information when providing medical care to citizens, thereby ensuring the continuity of medical care. Now it is possible to independently make an appointment for a scheduled appointment with doctors of 13 specialties through: A single portal of public services, a regional portal of medical services, a mobile application “To a doctor”, self-recording infomats (in 2020 – 151 thousand entries); remote call to a doctor at home; provision of structured electronic medical documents to the federal level in the integrated electronic medical record.
In addition, referrals to various medical services, certificates of established forms, sheets of temporary disability are generated in electronic form, for example, in 2020, more than 192 thousand sick leaves were issued.
And the Samara city polyclinic No. 10 of the Sovetsky district received new computers and modern printers, which made it possible to update 268 automated workstations. Emergency medical care teams were equipped with tablets to register a patient call and, if necessary, conduct an emergency telemedicine consultation with a polyclinic doctor. Equipping doctors' workplaces with video cameras and a headset made it possible to remotely conduct telemedicine consultations “Doctor – Doctor”, when you can discuss the tactics of further patient management with a colleague from another medical organization, and conduct telemedicine consultations “Doctor – Patient”, which is very convenient during a pandemic. Registration for a telemedicine consultation is carried out both by the citizen himself through the electronic registration, as well as by the doctor at the reception for the subsequent dynamic monitoring of the patient's condition.
The Republican Clinical Anti-Tuberculosis Dispensary in Bashkiria received 86 sets of computers to equip the workplaces of inpatient and outpatient doctors.
In the Kaliningrad region, 4,917 automated workplaces have been organized, and by the end of June all doctors will be provided with an electronic digital signature.
Creation of a single digital circuit is one of the main directions of the national project “Healthcare”. It is aimed at improving the efficiency of the health care system by creating mechanisms for interaction between medical organizations based on a unified state system in the field of health care and the introduction of digital technologies and platform solutions that form a single digital health care circuit.
