Sony will withdraw from the PlayStation Store the game Cyberpunk 2077, for the quality of which the developers have previously apologized. This was posted on the company's Twitter.

“SIE (Sony Interactive Entertainment) is committed to providing a high level of customer satisfaction, which is why we are offering a full financial refund to all gamers who purchased Cyberpunk 2077 through the PlayStation Store service,” the text says. The platform owners indicated that sales will be discontinued until further notice.

Previously, manufacturers have apologized for the quality of the game that the owners of the previous generation consoles had to face. So, journalists and gamers said that Cyberpunk 2077 is not optimized to run on older consoles, and criticized the game. Users reported experiencing dropped frame rates, texture rendering errors, and UI errors when playing on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

The game has been developed since 2013 by CD Projekt RED studio. Its release was postponed several times.
