SpaceX competitor Elona Musk will soon start selling tickets to space tourists

Blue Origin, founded by Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, announced the imminent start of ticket sales for space tourists. Competitor SpaceX did just that by launching a countdown that will end on May 5, 2021.

It is reported that tourists will fly into space on the company's newest ship – New Shepard. According to Business Insider, so far Blue Origin has not announced the cost of the tickets. Perhaps this will happen on May 5th.

Note that another space company, Virgin Galactic, has already sold about 600 tickets at $ 250,000 (18.7 million rubles) each.

It should be noted that the flight from the Bezos company will last about 11 minutes. During this time, those who wish will be able to rise to a height of more than 100 km, looking at the Earth from the side, and return back.
