Spain looking for a bartender to save the village from extinction
The Spanish authorities are looking for a bartender in the village of Olves, located in the municipality of Calatayud (Autonomous Community of Aragon), in order to save it from extinction, writes Idealista.
It is noted that the village was endangered when the bartender quit his job. At the same time, the drinking establishment was the only place where local residents gathered.
The authorities promised the new bartender to allocate a house, cancel payments for rent, heating and partly for electricity. A man only needs to formalize his job and obtain self-employed status.
According to officials, the vacancy will be useful for someone who has lost his job as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Preference will be given to candidates with family.
Earlier it was reported that in the north-west of Spain, in the Asturias region, an entire village was put up for sale. It is on sale at a deep discount.
