Thanks to them, “cotton” in Crimea is also possible, – military expert on US RQ-4 Global Hawk drones
After the US lost the MQ-9 Reaper drone in the Black Sea, the Americans decided to send another drone, the RQ-4 Global Hawk, to the same area. The states will continue to collect intelligence, which is very important for Ukraine.
This opinion was expressed by military expert Pavel Narozhny on the air of Channel 24 . According to him, thanks to the US intelligence and the means of destruction of Ukraine, there is a “pop” in the territories temporarily occupied by Russia.
“The Pentagon is transmitting intelligence to Ukraine. The “slam” that takes place in Sevastopol and other cities, I'm sure, occurs behind the intelligence of the Americans. This is how we see targets, a plane or a ship, which are worth hitting,” he said.
The military expert emphasized that the RQ-4 Global Hawk drone has a jet engine, so it is more difficult to shoot it down.
The US will continue to collect intelligence
Narozhny noted that United States drones will continue to fly over the Black Sea and gather intelligence . As the expert explained, the United States has more than 400 MQ-9 Reaper drones.
Nobody died and was not injured. Drone pilots have shrugged their shoulders, moved to another drone and fly on. This is an expensive consumable, nothing more. There are no problems with their number. Data is transmitted, defeats occur. They will fly further,” he said.
The military expert suggested that the Russians might decide to make another such attack, and maybe more than one. He recalled that the United States in all the wars in which it took part, lost a large number of drones.

The US does not want a direct clash with Russia
The United States is sending drones without air escorts. Narozhny believes that if the drones are escorted by F-16 fighters, they will be able to shoot down the Russian Su-34 without any problems, this will be a direct US-Russia collision.
“A direct clash can no longer be hidden, it will be necessary to respond, to punish. The states do not want to go into a direct clash with Russia. Therefore, there will be no air cover for these drones. They simply show Russia: “This is where you belong, we consider you a third world country” , the expert explained.
