The court softened the measure of restraint for the policeman accused of murdering 5-year-old Kirill Tlyavov
Five-year-old Kirill Tlyavov was shot on May 31, 2019, when the boy was playing outside. The bullet hit the child in the head, they could not save him. On June 3, the boy died.
The tragedy occurred near Kiev – in Pereyaslav. At that time, not far from the child, local policemen, Ivan Prikhodko and Vladimir Petrovets, were shooting at targets with a rifle. With them was also the then minor son of Petrovets Stanislav, as well as a friend Dmitry Krivoshey.
Since then, all the suspects have been released.
What is known about the change in Prikhodko's preventive measure
My client's preventive measure was changed to a night arrest so that he could get a job, wrote Ivan Prikhodko's lawyer Viktor Chevguz.
It is worth noting that Ivan Prikhodko is accused of the unintentional murder of five-year-old Kirill Tlyavov in Pereyaslav on May 31, 2019.
Before that, he was under round-the-clock house arrest. At the trial, the prosecutors asked to extend it, but the defense asked to change it so that the accused could get a job.
It should be added that the preventive measures were extended for three other defendants for two months:
- Dmitry Krivoshey and former policeman Vladimir Petrovets go on bail;
- The son of Petrovets, who was a minor at the time of the tragedy, is under the obligation of his mother.
Pay attention! Ivan Prikhodko's lawyer Viktor Chevguz at various times defended the murderer of journalist Georgy Gongadze, fugitive Prime Minister Pavel Lazarenko, Russian saboteur Viktor Ageev.On May 31, 2019, after Kirill was injured, the children who played with him ran to the adults. His mother, together with uncle Nikolai, took the child to the traumatology department of the Pereyaslav hospital in a car. The boy was unconscious.
