During the day on March 16, the Russian invaders launched 21 missile strikes in the Donetsk direction, 13 of them – in Avdiivka. As a result of the cynical attacks of the enemy, a high-rise building, in which people still live, received terrible destruction.

This was told to Channel 24 by the head of the Avdiivka city military-civilian administration, Vitaliy Barabash. He noted that the occupiers make a lot of rocket attacks on Avdiivka and the positions of our defenders around the city.

In total, during the day, Avdiivka is subjected to dozens of strikes from various types of weapons. At the same time, the enemy can inflict several hundred strikes on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine per day.

During the night (against March 17 – Channel 24) there were 4 missile strikes and 4 more in the morning. As a result, one entrance of a 14-storey building was formed, – said the head of the Avdiivka city military-civilian administration.
