The security forces came to visit the ex-head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration. He is suspected under two articles on forgery and fraud.

The former head of the Kherson region became aware of the searches and suspicions on Friday, February 3. They noted that he held this post from October 2021 to July 2022. Therefore, we are probably talking about Gennady Lagut.

Eksvysoka should expect a prison term

The press service of the SBU informed that the former head of the region may be imprisoned for a term of twelve years with confiscation of property. Note that this can happen under Part 4 of Article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which refers to fraud.
