The FSB tried to fill Ukraine with recruited

The Russian FSB recruited “convicts” who were serving sentences on the territory of a quasi-republic in the Luhansk region. All of them were supposed to carry out enemy missions against Ukraine.

To do this, the prisoners even asked to be transferred from the prisons of the occupied Lugansk region. Our SBU reported the relevant information.

The SBU exposed a new “technique” of the FSB

Counterintelligence of the Security Service neutralized the Russian agent network, which the enemy spread to different regions of Ukraine, – said the representative of the SBU Artem Dekhtyarenko.

Our Security Service established that:

  • the enemy network included 7 prisoners who were transported from prisons in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region;
  • they were in the territories of the prisons of Kyiv, Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk and Chernihiv regions;
  • they remained behind bars for a minimum period.

“…Therefore, the FSB recruited “convicts” and “prompted” them to ask Ukraine to transfer from the prisons of the temporarily occupied Luhansk region, as provided by law. After the expiration of the term of imprisonment, new Russian agents were to carry out enemy tasks against Ukraine,” the SBU said.

Also, the Service security of Ukraine found out that:

  • the so-called “head of the operational unit of correctional colony No. 38” of the terrorist organization of the so-called pseudo-republic in the Lugansk region was the curator of the enemy network;
  • his actions coordinated with the staff of the FSB.

Thanks to the SBU, the enemy failed to implement their criminal plans.

It is worth remembering that the first deputy chairman of the Kherson Regional Council, Yuri Sobolevsky, said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed the base FSBshnikov, who They tortured people in Kherson.
