Russian occupiers have chosen the letters Z and V as their marks when invading Ukraine. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine explained why the enemy chose these symbols.
The letter “Z” has become the new swastika of the Russian invaders. The symbol “V” used by the Russian army also has its own meaning.
The meaning of the symbols of the occupiers
Since the Russians can never think of anything, they decided to steal even the symbols of their attack on Ukraine. Not just anyone, but the German Nazis.
The “Z” symbol was used by the 4th SS Police Division, which fought in France, the USSR, Greece, Hungary and Poland and committed crimes against civilians. The “wolf hook” at various times was a symbol of tyranny, cruelty and hatred.
The “V” symbol was used by the Nazis as the “old fighter's chevron”, it was supposed to highlight the oldest members of the SS who began their service before January 30, 1933 when Hitler came to power.
Thanks to the Russians, these symbols came to life and became evidence of approval of the evil committed by the invaders.
