The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said that personnel changes in the leadership of the Russian army indicate problems. We are talking about replacing Surovikin with Gerasimov.

It should be noted that this rotation took place on January 11. Brigadier General Aleksey Gromov, Deputy Chief of the Main Operational Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, at a briefing on January 12, explained what exactly the last rotation of the enemies testifies to, Channel 24 informs.

What problems does rotation in Russia indicate?

Aleksey Gromov noted that the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine monitors that periodically personnel changes take place in the leadership of the armed forces of the occupying country.

Recent personnel changes indicate that there is a need for their ranks in a combination of command and control systems. Not everything turns out the way they want, – said the brigadier general.

He explained that if the Russians had everything in order, personnel changes would not take place with such frequency.

Foreign media, analyzing the rotation, called Gerasimov incompetent, who showed loyalty. Also, the change to General Gerasimov was met with ridicule by some Russian military bloggers and compared this reshuffling with “a game of musical chairs among Moscow's ineffective military guards.”

• Putin periodically resorts to replacing the leaders of various directions and the direct commander of the invasion of Ukraine.
• So, literally in October 2022, the so-called “Syrian butcher” Sergey Surovikin came to manage the attack on Ukraine. During his reign, the Russian army was noted for surrendering Kherson, and Russian missiles began to hit our energy system.
• Already on January 11, 2023, Valery Gerasimov, who was constantly criticized by the Wagnerites, was appointed to his place. At the same time, Surovikin will become Gerasimov's deputy. Probably, the fighters of the PKK “Wagner”, who from near Bakhmut called Gerasimov “pi ** rum” and “damn yo ** th” are not very happy, like their owner Prigozhin.
• Military expert and editor-in-chief of Defense Express, Oleg Katkov, said that such rotations are the result of misunderstandings between the country's leadership. According to him, undercover games between Surovikin, Kadyrov, Prigozhin, Gerasimov and Shoigu continue there.
