The head of PMC Wagner announced suspicion for encroachment on the integrity of Ukraine
The Office of the Prosecutor General announced suspicion of a citizen of the Russian Federation, the head of the private military company Wagner, of encroaching on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine, as well as complicity in the conduct of an aggressive war.
We are talking about several articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: part 3 of Art. 110, part 5 of Art. 27, part 2 of Art. 28 and part 2 of Art. 437.
The suspect's name was not specified, however, according to the investigation, from July 2014 to March 2015, he commanded the militants and coordinated their actions in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
