The head of the Cosmonaut Training Center is about to retire

Moscow. May 17. INTERFAX.RU – Head of the Yuri Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center (CTC) Pavel Vlasov wrote a letter of resignation, the press service of Roscosmos told Interfax. He wants to retire from June 1.

The center will be headed by Maxim Kharlamov, who is now the first deputy head of the CPC.

Vlasov has been in charge of the center since November 2017.

“The general director of the state corporation Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozin thanked Pavel Vlasov for the work done,” the state corporation said.
