Russian occupation forces in the Sumy region staged a planned provocation on March 29. They blew up their armored personnel carrier to make a picture for enemy propaganda.
After that, the invaders allegedly decided to take revenge. Therefore, they went and burned the Ukrainian border checkpoint.
As always, they are working on a lie
Dmitry Zhyvitsky, head of the Sumy OVA, said this in his address . He explained that the occupiers said that their armored personnel carrier was allegedly “destroyed by the Ukrainians”.
This was a pre-planned provocation aimed at creating a picture for the Russian media. They, allegedly to take revenge on the Ukrainians, burned down the Ukrainian border checkpoint on the border with the orcs,” Zhyvitsky said.
It is not yet known whether there were any victims among the Ukrainian border guards. The official also added that on that day an ammunition depot in Belgorod burned down. The official suggested that it was deliberately destroyed by local residents who do not want the continuation of the war against Ukraine.
