Law enforcement officials announced suspicion of a judge who shot down a National Guardsman to death in the Kiev region. The prosecutor's office asks the court to keep the accused in custody.

He is accused of committing a fatal accident while intoxicated. If his guilt is proven in court, the accused can receive up to 10 years in prison.
