According to preliminary data, the name of the shooter is Sergei Bokov, he previously worked in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the newspaper points out.
Telegram channels Baza and 112 also reported that the shooting in Yekaterinburg was opened by a former employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The man opened fire from the balcony of the house. A girl and an employee of the National Guard were injured.
