Representatives of Ukraine informed the allies in detail about the current situation at the front, the fighting in the most difficult areas, as well as the urgent needs of the Ukrainian army, the Office of the President reported.
According to them, the head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny, Defense Minister Alexei Reznikov and others took part in the conversation. On the US side, National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan, United States Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley.

Ukrainian officials provided updates on the fighting and expressed gratitude for continued US security assistance, the White House said.

Ukraine needs F-16s
- Ukraine has repeatedly asked partners for F-16 fighters. In February 2023, Joe Biden said that Vladimir Zelensky does not need F-16s now. According to the American leader, the decision is not relevant.
