The President's Office noted that China's “peace plan” does not contain logic
One paragraph speaks of the inviolability of sovereignty and territorial integrity, and the other speaks of the need for an immediate ceasefire.
The 12 points of China's “peace plan” are contradictory.
Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the Office of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, told Corriere della Sera about this.
“It contains no details, no balanced logic. One paragraph speaks of the inviolability of sovereignty and territorial integrity, and the other one speaks of the need for an immediate ceasefire, which means the transfer of the occupied territories to Russia,” Podolyak said.
Podolyak also noted that the Chinese peace treaty in this form is an absolute contradiction.
According to Podrlyak, the “peace plan” cannot be based on satisfying the interests of the aggressor, but begin with the mandatory withdrawal of Russian troops from Ukraine.
“Now Russia has to get rid of Putin, Xi cannot support him,” Podolyak stressed.
Meanwhile, the speaker of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Zakharova, announced the “peace plan” of the Russian Federation.
The international tribunal in The Hague took a very important step against dictator Vladimir Putin, the arrest warrant for the head of the Kremlin has both legal and political value, as Podolyak said.
