The Russians are constantly attacking: a 73-year-old grandfather from Avdiivka has been living in a cellar for 2 months
Russian invaders continue to attack Avdiivka. Because of the constant shelling, the locals who still remain there are forced to hide in the basements.
Among them is 73-year-old Fedor Alekseevich. He lived in the cellar for more than 2 months.
Grandfather lived in the cellar for 2 months
Fedor Alekseevich, 73, has been hiding in a basement near an apartment building since the beginning of this year because of constant Russian shelling. Ukrainian volunteers from the “Volunteer House” found out about this and came to the man's aid.
They brought food and fruit to the pensioner, and lowered them into the cellar on a rope. In addition, he was given the most necessary medicines and warm clothes.
Fedor Alekseevich does not want to evacuate to a safer place, despite the fact that his children and grandchildren are worried about him.
What to do? I don't know what will happen tomorrow. Maybe tomorrow the Russians will go there, and I will go there,” the man says.
The invaders were ordered to capture Avdiivka until March
The head of the Avdiivka city military-civilian administration, Vitaliy Barabash, said that the first army corps of the quasi-republic of the Donetsk region and the 96th airborne division of the Russian armed forces are now in the Avdiivka area.
In addition, the day before there was a brigade of the illegal armed group “Pyatnashka”, in which mercenaries from all over the world are fighting. However, they have not been seen for the second week. There was information that this group was liquidated.
However, most likely, they went to resupply or they were transferred to another direction. – suggested the head of the Avdiivka city VGA.
According to him, from the intercepted conversations of the enemy, it becomes clear that the occupying army was given the task of taking Avdiivka. The Russians constantly postpone the dates of the capture of the city, but most often the order was heard on the air to capture it before March 1.
