The torture system

Chernenko noted that there was a torture facility in Cossack Lopan. According to her, there were the most cruel conditions of those dungeons that she saw in the liberated territories of the Kharkiv region.

When there is a place to keep many people, where they are beaten, abused, raped, and then, when a more or less useful promising prisoner is found, he is transferred to another institution in Kazachya Lopan, and then sent further, – the correspondent explained.

Kept in cages and forced to watch the torture of others

Vyacheslav Zadorenko, head of the Dergachev community, said that the Russians had converted vegetable stores under dungeons and in inhuman conditions kept the locals. They were forced to testify, discrediting the state authorities and the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
