The Russians tried to accuse the SBU of preparing a chemical provocation allegedly at a plant in the city of Pervomaisky, Kharkov region. However, such a plant no longer exists.
Relevant information about the alleged provocation being prepared by the SBU was provided by Russian Major General Igor Konashenkov. However, the invader in a lie forgot to check if the plant still exists.

The aforementioned Konashenkov said at a briefing that allegedly “according to confirmed information” in the city of Pervomaisky, Kharkiv region, Ukrainian special services are preparing a big provocation using toxic substances.
On the territory of the Khimprom production association SBU employees mined a storage facility with 120 tons of chlorine. This vault is planned to be blown up to accuse the Russian armed forces of allegedly creating a chemical disaster that caused the death of local residents, the occupier said.
Indeed, such a plant exists on the map, but not in reality. After all, the liquidation of the plant was announced back in 2012, in 2013 they published a video on undermining one of the premises.
