White House spokesman Jen Psaki said during the briefing that the United States is preparing to “misinform” Russia about the agreements on the results of negotiations on security guarantees in Geneva. RIA Novosti reports.

The press secretary urged not to succumb to the supposedly coming attempts to mislead. According to her, Russia “can go even further and declare something as a pretext for further destabilizing activity.”

On January 10, in Geneva, negotiations were held on guarantees of security and strategic stability between the delegations of Russia and the United States. In total, the discussion between the officials of the two countries lasted about 7.5 hours. The talks were held behind closed doors, without journalists, at the US Permanent Mission to the UN Office in Geneva.
