The United States reported that Russia sent aid to its troops in the South and East of Ukraine. In particular, we are talking about 11 battalion tactical groups.
These troops were pulled together over the past week. The American publication published such information with reference to a senior US defense official.
They have expanded their capabilities inside Ukraine, the report says.
The publication noted that all Russian ground forces are concentrated in the East and South of Ukraine.
