The United States will send fighter jets to strengthen NATO in Europe

The US Department of Defense has decided to send fifth-generation F-35 fighters to reinforce NATO's eastern flank. It is reported by TASS.
The Pentagon also noted that AN-64 attack helicopters will be sent to the region. The US department noted that this movement of additional forces is rotational.
Earlier it was reported that the United States will send 800 troops from Italy to the Baltic countries in several operational points along the eastern flank of NATO.
