There are no cases of infection with the Nipah virus detected in bats in India in Russia.

This is reported by TASS with reference to the State Research Center of Virology and Biotechnology “Vector” of Rospotrebnadzor.

“No cases of infection with the Nipah virus have been registered in the Russian Federation,” the message says.
