There can be no compromises with terrorists, Crimea and Donbass will be de-occupied, – Danilov
Since October 2021, some world publications have been spreading information about our inability to resist Russia. They say that a huge and invincible “second army of the world” has gathered, and we will have big troubles if they come at us.
They scared us for a very long time, but we prepared very powerfully. Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov said this to Channel 24 .
The fact that we are defending our state today for the 385th day is an answer to all those people who did not believe in our country, our armed forces and the top military-political leadership,” the NSDC Secretary noted.
Yes, the plans were very different. However, this is our land, Danilov emphasizes, which we will not give to anyone.
“There can be no compromises with terrorists. Crimea, Donetsk and Lugansk regions – these territories will be returned to our country. It cannot be otherwise,” said NSDC Secretary Alexei Danilov.

Everything is going according to the plan of Ukraine
- Ukraine is preparing to finally expel the Russians from the occupied territories. However, various forces have now become active, which want to disrupt this process.
- According to Danilov, the Ukrainian military is actively working on a future counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. However, it is not worth talking about the timing. The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council emphasizes: a counteroffensive is being prepared, and everything will be decided by the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander. They listen to the proposals of the Ukrainian military.
- The most important factor is that it will be Ukraine's plan, and not someone else's. “There is no need to rush. Everything is being done according to our plan. I emphasize once again – according to ours; according to the plan of our country. And not in the way someone suggests, propagandizes and tells us,” Danilov emphasized.
