Russian dictator Vladimir Putin accused Ukraine of terrorism while commenting on the explosion on the Crimean bridge. However, the Office of the President of Ukraine noted that there is only one terrorist country.

This was stated by adviser to the head of the Office of the President Mikhail Podolyak. The official called Putin's statements cynical against the background of what Russia is doing in Ukraine.
