The activities of the judges of the Kyiv District Administrative Court are rather doubtful. They could act in favor of the ex-president of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych.

Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov told Channel 24 about this. According to him, all those involved should be punished.

Doubtful statement

Oleksiy Danilov noted that in December 2021, judges of the OASK accepted a statement from Viktor Yanukovych.

The SBU should pay attention to how a person who has been behind bars for 13 years has the opportunity to apply to the OASK,” he stressed.

In his opinion, an ordinary citizen of Ukraine could not do this, not to mention the opportunity to achieve justice in this institution.

“But with regard to Yanukovych, who should be behind bars, has the citizenship of the Russian Federation, these judges somehow easily made all these decisions,” he focused his attention.

According to Danilov, opinions about connections and agreements are now irrelevant.

Ukrainians will not tolerate

The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council noted that this can be regarded as the usual preparation for the legitimization of Yanukovych.

“This is understandable to any person who has at least a little understanding and an analytical mindset,” he said.

Danilov noted that in the near future those involved will answer all questions in the relevant institutions.

The society will not tolerate, as it was in 2004, 2013, 2014. Society will demand urgent action from officials in accordance with the threats that we will have today on our territory, he is convinced.

In his opinion, everyone who “brought” the war to Ukraine, wanted the return of Yanukovych, Viktor Medvedchuk, must answer before the law.
