We are talking about a coffin, a wreath, transportation of the body and the funeral itself. In Moscow and St. Petersburg, they propose to increase costs from 28,178 to 33,005 rubles.
The FSB proposes to increase the costs of making and installing tombstones for the dead:
- contractors – from 35 171 to 41,196 rubles;
- conscripts – from 28,178 to 33,005 rubles.
In Russia, laws provide that people who die during military service are buried by means of the federal authority in which they served at the time of their death.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as of the morning of April 15, more than 20 thousand Russians had already died in the war against Ukraine.
Consequently , it is not surprising that funeral services in Russia are in great demand. However, the Russians do not carry away the bodies of their comrades from the battlefield, but are transporting stolen washing machines and irons from Ukraine.
