Russia wants combat actions of members of the “Yunarmiya” – young men who have just turned 16 years old. In addition, the Kremlin seeks to mobilize civilian Ukrainians living in ORDLO.

Such actions by Russia are another element of the hybrid war. Fyodor Venislavsky, a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security and Defense, stated this on Channel 24.

In his opinion, on the one hand, this is indeed an element of a hybrid war. However, on the other hand, the Russians are simply taking absurd actions in order to have an advantage in manpower.

The Russians are trying in some way to mobilize the maximum amount of “cannon fodder” in order to have at least some advantage over the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” Venislavsky said.

He explained that the Russians want to attract minors in particular in order to convince the Russians and Ukrainians who remained in the temporarily occupied territories that they are allegedly fighting with Nazism.

The Russian authorities are trying to arouse hatred of Ukrainians among their own people, as the People's Deputy emphasized.
