Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President Alexei Arestovich called the war between Ukraine and Russia a battle between civilization and barbarism. Arestovich urged Ukrainians not to resort to barbarism, so as not to lose the war.

He reminded that in Ukraine civilians are allowed to liquidate the Russian military and no one will be held criminally responsible for this. To do this, you do not need to take the Russians prisoner.
