Partners of Ukraine are constantly helping our military to fight the invaders and drive them out of the territory of our state. Only in the last two days, on March 15 and 16, it became known about the announcement of new military aid packages from three states at once.

Such news came from Germany, Estonia and Lithuania. At the same time, the list of assistance provided is impressive. 24 Channel .

Broad package of military aid from Germany

As noted on the German government website, the new assistance package for Ukraine includes a wide list of things necessary for the army. We are talking, in particular, about ammunition for MLRS, 155-mm shells, pistols, generators and tents.

Also, Germany published a list of previously provided lethal and non-lethal military support to Ukraine. It includes supplies not only from the Federal Armed Forces, but also from “German industry financed from federal government funds for the so-called security capability development.”

So, according to the government of the partner country, Germany in the last package transferred:

• 5 thousand artillery shells of 155 mm caliber,
• 155mm precision-guided munitions,
• ammunition for MLRS MARS II,
• 500 SFP9 pistols,
• 2 forklifts,
• 2 hangar tents,
• 4 mobile antenna systems,
• 25 generators.

Germany also plans to provide the Ukrainian military with another 5,330 155-millimeter caliber shells and missiles for the SLM Iris-T air defense system.

At the same time, as noted on the government website, for security reasons, the Federal Government refrains from providing detailed information about the methods and date of transportation until the transfer is completed.

It is worth noting that in general, from January 1, 2022 to March 13, 2023, Germany transferred almost 2.7 billion euros of military assistance to Ukraine.

Military aid from Estonia

According to Estonian Defense Minister Hanno Pevkur, his state is joining the EU's initiative to purchase artillery shells, but sees the feasibility of continuing to send smaller and more targeted aid packages to Ukraine.

So he, with the support of the government of the country, announced his intention to send a package of military assistance, which will include:

• sniper weapon,
• semi-automatic rifles,
• optical sights,
• binoculars,
• ammunition,
• personal and special equipment,
• patrol boats,
• thermal imagers,
• medical equipment.

At the same time, the total cost of military assistance is 494,300 euros. In total, during the year of a full-scale war, Estonia has already provided the Ukrainian army with military assistance in the amount of almost 400 million euros, which is equivalent to more than 1% of the state's GDP.

It should be noted that recently Pevkur arrived in Ukraine on a visit, during which he met with Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov. At this time, he announced another package of military aid.

What does the military aid package from Lithuania include?

Defense Minister Arvydas Anusauskas announced military assistance to Ukraine. In the package from Lithuania, the defenders of Ukraine will receive:

• 155 mm ammunition,
• transport,
• military rations.

At the same time, according to the Minister of Defense of the partner state, the total cost of military support from Lithuania to Ukraine will soon reach 450 million euros.
